Service Description

This Reiki session is dedicated to giving mom and baby a nurturing and relaxing experience that supports the well-being of both you and your baby. Sarah will use gentle and non-invasive techniques to promote deep relaxation, reduce stress, and enhance your body's natural healing abilities. Your session is tailored to your individual needs and can help alleviate common pregnancy discomforts such as fatigue, anxiety, nausea, stress, and physical tension. In addition to the in-person session, you will also receive distance Reiki healing for the day of the birth if requested. This will provided much needed support and healing energy for mother and baby during the delivery.
